Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Eligibility: Open to all legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who both:

• Are eighteen (18) years of age or older
• Provide their real name and a valid email address at the time of entry

2. Contest is offered in the contiguous United States only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law. Employees of Wireless Solutions, LLC, Posture Elite, and their collective subsidiaries and affiliates, and advertising agencies, and their immediate families (spouse and parents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses) and individuals living in the same households of such employees are ineligible to win.

3. Eligibility is contingent on agreement to, and compliance with, these Official Rules and Posture Elite decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.

4. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. This giveaway is offered in the United States only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law. Do not enter this giveaway if you are not located in the United States.

5. To Enter:

Incomplete entries are not eligible. Individuals who do not follow all of the instructions outline on this page, provide valid contact information (real name and valid email address), attempt to manipulate entries by referring fake sign ups, and/or spam their custom giveaway URL to attempt to gain more entries (spam can include activities such as mass unsolicited emailing, contact form submission spamming, automated forum spamming), or do not abide by the Official Rules outlined on this page will be disqualified.

Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. CDT on August 26, 2020 to be eligible. Participants are required to provide truthful information and Posture Elite will reject any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. Posture Elite will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements. Time.gov (https://www.time.gov) is the official time keeping device for the contest.

6. Drawing: A drawing from all eligible entries received will be conducted by Posture Elite. There will be one (1) potential Grand Prize winner who will be notified via email on or about forty-eight (48) hours after the drawing takes place. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. All potential winners are subject to eligibility verification by Posture Elite, whose decisions are final and binding. A PARTICIPANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF NOTIFIED OF BEING A WINNER, UNLESS AND UNTIL THE PARTICIPANT'S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED.

7. Prize Overview:

Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize consists of:

• 1x Percussion Massager
• 1x Smart Posture Elite (Electric Posture Corrector)
• 1x Posture Elite (Standard Posture Corrector)
• 1x Back Stretcher

Secondary Prize: Two (2) Secondary Prizes consist of:

• 1x Posture Elite (Standard Posture Corrector)

No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfers of prize permitted by winner. Posture Elite reserves the right to substitute prize or portion of the prize with similar prize of equal or greater value due to prize unavailability. Prize must be accepted as awarded or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

8. To Claim Prize: Winner will be notified via email, and will be required to complete and sign a Liability Release, and where legal, a Publicity Release (collectively, the "Required Documentation"). In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, the next received and eligible entry received by Posture Elite that is fully compliant with these Official Rules shall be deemed the winner, until the prizes have been awarded or until two (2) attempts have been made to award the prize and each attempt has failed. Posture Elite will identify each potential winner and verify the potential winner's eligibility after the end of the contest period.

If unable to verify eligibility, Posture Elite will select an alternate potential winner within a reasonable time thereafter.

9. Conditions: By participating in the giveaway, winners agree to have his/her name, likeness, photograph, statements, opinions, and/or entry used in any advertising or broadcasting material, whether relating to this giveaway or otherwise, in any media, worldwide, now known or hereinafter developed, in perpetuity, without additional notice, payment, or other compensation unless prohibited by law, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.

11. Privacy: By entering this contest, each participant agrees to Posture Elite's manner of collection, use, retention, and disclosure of participant's personal information submitted in connection with the contest, including, without limitation, all names, addresses, emails, phone numbers, and birth dates obtained from or provided by Participants. Information collected is subject to Posture Elite's privacy policy and any state or federal law.
