Thank you for shopping at Posture Elite! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Due to the pandemic, we are doing our best to process and deliver the item as soon as possible. Therefore, cancellation is strictly limited.
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received and it must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please shoot us a message at email@example.com and we'll send return instructions.
For replacement request, you have to process return and specify that you prefer replacement. Once the return item received, we'll ship the replacement.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on which bank you use.
